Online (Recommended): Open your e-mail editor (AOL, hotmail, etc.) and send your puppy picture as a jpeg file attachment to the e-mail address on the right. Insert your name, or your human's name, in the "Re:" box. This will be your photo's caption. Then press send. We really think you should be able to successfully submit your photo if you follow these steps but you can e-mail any questions to submit@puppies4obama.com. ONLY IF ALL ELSE FAILS you can also: Call (800) 507-0517 for assistance.
